  • Custom AI agent development
  • Integration with third-party tools (e.g., CRM, email platforms, Zapier, n8n, Make)
  • Consultation, setup, and ongoing optimization services

Your use of the Site or engagement with our team for a consultation, demo, or project signifies your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Services Overview

Blix Digital provides AI automation services designed to streamline business operations. Our offerings include:

  • Designing and deploying automated workflows across apps and platforms
  • Building and training AI chatbots using your business data
  • Developing custom AI solutions such as data scraping tools, predictive analytics systems, and intelligent automation agents

All Services are customized based on your business needs and are delivered through a structured process: Discovery, Build, Launch, and Grow.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, lead conversion rates), but we commit to delivering high-quality, functional automation solutions that align with agreed-upon project scopes.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery of our Services, Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information during the Discovery phase
  • Supply necessary access to tools, platforms, APIs, and accounts required for integration (e.g., CRM, social media, website backend)
  • Designate a point of contact for communication and feedback
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Comply with all applicable laws when using our Services, especially concerning data privacy and marketing communications

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay project timelines or impact performance, and additional fees may apply for extended support or rework.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1 Transparent Pricing

We offer clear, upfront pricing for our Services. Quotes are provided after the Discovery phase and are based on project scope, complexity, and estimated hours.

4.2 Payment Structure

  • Projects may require an initial deposit (typically 50%) before work begins
  • Final payment is due upon completion and delivery of the project
  • Recurring service plans (e.g., monthly maintenance, monitoring, updates) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Invoicing is done via email; payments accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or other digital payment methods

4.3 Late Payments

Overdue invoices are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law). We reserve the right to pause or terminate services until payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership of Deliverables

Upon full payment, Clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the custom-built automation workflows, chatbot logic, and AI configurations developed specifically for them.

Source code, automation blueprints, and technical architecture remain the intellectual property of Blix Digital unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.2 Use of Tools & Platforms

We utilize third-party platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier, Dialogflow, Google Cloud) to build and deploy solutions. You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts and subscriptions with these providers.

5.3 Blix Digital Branding

We reserve the right to feature your project (without disclosing sensitive data) in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Data Privacy and Security

We take data privacy seriously. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

  • We only process data necessary to deliver our Services
  • Client data is used solely for automation training, integration, and optimization
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes
  • Reasonable security measures are implemented to protect data during transmission and storage
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable data protection laws when collecting or sharing customer data

AI models may be trained on your provided content (e.g., FAQs, product info), but no personal user data is retained longer than necessary.

7. Service Modifications and Downtime

While we strive for 24/7 reliability, automated systems depend on third-party APIs and platforms. We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions caused by external platforms (e.g., WhatsApp API downtime, Facebook outages)
  • Delays due to unforeseen technical issues beyond our control
  • Performance issues arising from changes made by the Client post-launch

We will notify clients of known maintenance windows or significant disruptions where possible.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our Services:

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session is completed
  • Project deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced
  • Final payments are non-refundable upon delivery and client approval
  • If a project is canceled by the Client before completion, any completed work remains ours, and no refunds will be issued for services rendered

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of miscommunication or unmet core deliverables.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blix Digital shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Errors or malfunctions in automated systems caused by third-party platforms
  • Misuse of the Services by the Client or their team

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Blix Digital in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or future-proof operation of automations
  • AI responses depend on the quality and completeness of data provided
  • Chatbot accuracy improves over time with training and feedback
  • We are not responsible for content generated by AI that reflects incorrect or outdated client data

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect as long as you use our Site or Services.

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days’ written notice.

Upon termination:

  • You must pay all outstanding fees for services rendered
  • We will provide exported configurations or documentation (where feasible)
  • Ongoing support and monitoring will cease

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • There is a violation of these Terms
  • Payment is significantly overdue

12. Amendments to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Arab Emirates.

For international clients, these Terms are interpreted under the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), where applicable.
