6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Blix Digital—including code, content, automations, and designs—remain the intellectual property of Blix Digital unless otherwise stated in writing.

Clients receive usage rights for their specific solution but may not resell, redistribute, or reuse our work outside the agreed project.

7. Limitation of Liability

We aim to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions. However, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Damages caused by third-party software, services, or platforms

  • Downtime caused by hosting, internet issues, or external providers

Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding 3 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in behavior that is abusive, fraudulent, or harmful

  • Payment is not made as agreed

You may terminate services at any time with written notice. Fees for work already completed will still apply.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take your data seriously and follow all applicable data protection laws.

10. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or recommend tools such as:

  • Chatwoot/Dialogflow (for AI chat)
